Lansing Moving Pros provides residential moving, commercial moving, apartment moving, senior moving, and labor-only moving services in the greater Lansing and East Lansing, Michigan area. The specific scope of your move - including services included, crew size, truck size, and estimated time - will be confirmed before your move date.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any job that poses a safety risk to our crew, your property, or others.
Free estimates provided through our website or by phone are non-binding and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined by actual time, labor, distance, and any additional services requested on move day. We will communicate any changes before performing additional work.
A move is considered booked when both parties have agreed on a date, time, and scope of service. Payment is due at the completion of your move unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit or debit cards.
We do not collect payment through this website. Payment is handled directly with our crew on move day.
We understand plans change. We ask that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling as soon as possible - and no later than 48 hours before your scheduled move date - to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee to cover crew scheduling costs.
Lansing Moving Pros reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a move due to severe weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible and work to find an alternative date.
